Borrowing a page out of “Hannah Montana” hottie Miley Cyrus’ fashion book, Kelly Osbourne was spotted doing some shopping at her local Rite Aid pharmacy earlier this week (November 19).

The “Meet the Osbournes” starlet was sporting the same grey top/red skirt combo that the “7 Things” songstress wore to her premiere of “Bolt,” only Kelly added her own flair with a black studded belt.

She’s made quite a splash all over the world ever since her hit song “I Kissed a Girl” hit the charts earlier this year.  And last night Katy Perry was entertaining the crowd over at the 55th Annual ONDA Awards in Barcelona, Spain.

The “Hot N Cold” songstress arrived at the Liceu Theater looking uncharacteristically formal, sporting a muted lavender strapless gown as she posed for the paparazzi.

Now that they’ve reached a settlement, Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been granted a preliminary ‘quickie divorce’ per proceedings in the High Court of London earlier today (November 21).

People magazine reports that the “Papa Don’t Preach” songstress and her director soon-to-be-ex-husband were granted the motion, though neither of them actually appeared in court this morning. 

Taking a break from her duties on the MTV reality show “The Hills,” Stephanie Pratt was spotted enjoying a night out clubbing with her boyfriend in Hollywood.

Miss Pratt looked to be having a marvelous time as she walked hand-in-hand with her beau, sporting a hippie-style headband with a casual black dress, black stockings, and blue peep-toe heels.

It seems like every time there’s a big entertainment industry event, Rihanna is there.  And this weekend’s American Music Awards shindig is no exception.
